Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 34 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 2,200 employees. Care Partner Position Type: Part-Time at The Boulevard Wentzville. Starting wage $17.50-$20.00 per hour, Mondays Only 7:00pm to 7:00am shift. Responsibilities include being an Advocate of Empathy to create human connection with residents, being a Generous Gift Giver by being present and sharing talents, creating an inclusive environment, being curious and engaged in development, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Requirements include being at least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent, English fluency, positive attitude, computer skills, physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day, ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and criminal clearance.
