Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 34 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 2,200 employees. Care Partner position focused on being an Advocate of Empathy who creates human connection with residents during vulnerable moments, a Generous Gift Giver who is present and shares talents, an inclusive team member who invests whole-heartedly, and an Engaged Egghead who is curious and committed to development. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Care Partners must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, strong English communication skills, positive attitude, computer skills, physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop throughout the day, ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and capability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and fall recovery. The position is full-time at The Boulevard Wentzville with a starting wage of $17.50-$20.00 per hour on a rotating shift schedule of 7:00am to 7:00pm.
