Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 34 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 2,200 employees. Memory Care Support Partner at The Boulevard Senior Living. Responsibilities include: being an advocate of empathy by creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments; being a patient observer to discover residents' interests and abilities and collaborate on engagement plans; creating a welcoming physical environment through mise en scène; partnering with residents through daily life from waking to sleeping; documenting resident care and changes in condition; and assisting with orientation of team members. Requirements: at least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, positive attitude, computer skills, physical ability to stand/walk/bend/kneel/stoop, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, assist residents with mobility, and criminal clearance. Part-time position in St. Charles, Missouri, Sunday and Monday 7:00am to 3:00pm, starting wage $21.00 per hour.
