Wellness Nurse Manager position at The Boulevard Senior Living in St. Charles, Missouri. Full-time role working Wednesday, Thursday, Monday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with one Saturday or Sunday on-call shift per month. Starting wage $30.00-$35.00 per hour. Responsibilities include supervising the Wellness team, providing direct nursing care including medication passes, completing resident assessments and medical records, ensuring person-centered care, and assisting residents with daily activities. Requires current LPN or RN license in good standing, thorough knowledge of care standards and medication regulations, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a positive attitude toward residents.
