Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist with transfers, lifting, and positioning residents as needed. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions, documenting care provided. Ensure a clean, homelike environment for residents. Participate in restorative nursing/therapy activities. Report accidents, incidents, or concerns involving residents, staff, or visitors. Work collaboratively with nursing and other team members to ensure optimal care delivery. Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and using required safety equipment.
