Job Description

CRSS provides programs, services and senior living options designed to meet the needs of senior adults across a continuum of care. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Community, involving preparation, administration, and recording of medications by all routes excluding parenteral routes. Duties include using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation; coaching and mentoring CNAs and CMTs; utilizing Matrix System for compliance; maintaining positive professional interfaces; reporting abuse and neglect; observing and documenting resident medication reactions; maintaining medical records; making rounds with physicians; and performing all duties with professionalism, kindness, and cooperation toward residents, families, visitors, and staff.
