Job Description
A healthcare facility seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care including conducting assessments, performing admission and discharge duties, providing wound care, and leading clinical support staff, offering comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, telemedicine services, employee assistance programs, and access to Mayo Clinic wellness programs. Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings. Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications. Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation. Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings. Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies. Respond effectively to emergency situations.
