Job Description
Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans; Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member; Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support; Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment; Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records; Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing; Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills; Other duties as assigned
