Job Description
EverTrue is a healthcare organization that employs Licensed Practical Nurses to provide nursing care and services to meet residents' physical, psychosocial, and functional care needs, with clinical and administrative policies and procedures governing their practice. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs nursing functions within the scope of practice and provides and/or coordinates care and services to meet the residents' physical, psychosocial, and functional care needs. Responsibilities include practicing nursing care within the scope of licensure, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, passing and administering medications, maintaining electronic medical records, observing resident status, maintaining a safe environment, overseeing certified staff, and reporting incidents in accordance with state and federal regulations.
