Job Description
EverTrue provides daily supportive and functional care to residents in a compassionate environment according to established community care procedures as directed by nursing leadership. Maintains residents' comfort; provides physical care with activities of daily living; answers resident's call lights and requests; reports observations to the nurse. Handles residents' personal care needs; helps maintain dignity. Observes residents to identify changing needs and reports to the nurse. Participates in residents' care/service plans. Assists residents during mealtimes. Creates meaningful relationships with residents and families. Supports residents' involvement in decision making. Assists with residents' therapies and treatments. Documents care provided. Maintains a clean and safe environment.
