We are currently searching for Night Shift (7 pm-7 am) Caregivers to help provide services and care to each of our senior living community residents based on their individualized care plans. The Wellness Associate reports to the Wellness Director and the Wellness Manager and provides services and care to each Resident based on the individual Resident Service Plan. Essential Functions include assisting Residents with activities of daily living, maintaining awareness of each Resident's physical and mental health, keeping inventory of medical supplies, assisting with shift coverage, developing assignments, orienting new staff, responding to emergencies, maintaining cleanliness of units, answering calls for assistance, assisting with meals and activities, maintaining records, and participating in education. Required qualifications include current State Nurse's Aide registration preferred but not required, experience and passion working with seniors, ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds, and maintaining positive relationships. Physical requirements include ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for extended periods, and potential use of Hoyer Lift. May be required to work weekends, holidays, extended hours, and subject to exposure to infectious diseases.
