As a Charge Nurse, you will take ownership of the nursing care and well-being of our residents during your shift. Lead and supervise CNAs and CMTs, ensuring proper care is delivered with empathy. Provide ongoing support and direction to your team. Conduct timely clinical assessments and accurately document all care and treatments. Manage and monitor narcotic and psychotropic drug records. Respond to emergencies and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Perform CMT duties when necessary—demonstrating a commitment to hands-on support.
