You'll lead and deliver exceptional nursing care, supervise and mentor our dedicated nursing assistant team, communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians, maintain precise electronic health records, manage medications and respond swiftly to emergencies, and actively participate in care planning and ensure regulatory compliance.
