Job Description

Cardinal Ritter Senior Services (CRSS), one of South County's largest nonprofit senior living communities, is hiring compassionate and experienced Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) for weekend shifts in our new Assisted Living Memory Care addition. This part-time role supports our state-of-the-art memory care community, which utilizes Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care. Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for weekend shifts in an Assisted Living Memory Care facility. Responsibilities include administering and documenting medications (excluding certain injections except insulin), performing blood sugar testing and insulin administration, maintaining glucometer calibration, monitoring resident responses, tracking controlled substances, administering oxygen, assisting with bathing and hygiene, conducting safety checks, supporting activities, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a safe environment. Requires Missouri CNA certification, completed CMT training, insulin certification, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, EHR literacy, ability to work independently, and physical and emotional capability to fulfill duties. Full-time and part-time positions available at $18.86 per hour.
