Job Description
Woodlands of Arnold is a senior living facility supported by RSP Senior Living, a local, family-owned business for 50+ years, offering assisted living and long-term care services with a team-oriented environment providing nursing care, resident supervision, and meal assistance. RN or LPN to join our Woodlands of Arnold team working full-time nights 7p-7a. Responsibilities include ensuring staff follow care plans, charting on residents, working within scope of license, assisting in dining room during meal times, providing all nursing care during shift, supervising nursing department staff, providing education and guidance to assigned staff, taking and transcribing orders from medical personnel, and maintaining professional relationships with facility medical professionals. Qualifications include current valid Missouri RN/LPN license, assisted living or long-term care experience preferred, ability to work independently, and ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family, and staff.
