Delmar Gardens West is seeking compassionate and experienced Full-Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team for evening shifts. Responsibilities include providing direct, quality nursing care to residents and short-term rehab patients, participating in quality improvement initiatives and audits, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the level of care provided is fully supported in documentation, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Requirements include strong communication and leadership skills, a valid RN license in Missouri, experience in rehabilitation or short-term care preferred, MDS and care plan experience in long-term care strongly preferred, proficiency in electronic health record systems, and familiarity with MatrixCare EHR software as a plus.
