Day to day resident care duties as directed under nursing staff (RN, LPN, CNA) supervision; Report all grievances and complaints made by the resident to nurse supervisors/charge nurses; Maintain resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality; Follow work assignments and work schedules; Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel to ensure nursing services are maintained; Assist residents with food arrangements and serve food; Arrange resident beds; Weigh and measure residents; Check residents routinely for personal care needs; Assist with loading and transporting residents to rooms and appointments; Respond promptly to resident call lights; Pass Nurse Aide competency test within 120 days; Maintain working knowledge of computers and touchscreen devices for documentation; Perform other duties as required by supervisors.
