A nursing home facility providing long-term care skilled nursing, memory care assisted living and independent care of seniors, operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week with geriatric specialty, offering benefits including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, healthcare spending accounts, retirement benefits, and flexible work schedules, with positions available for full-time and part-time Registered Nurses working various shifts including day, evening, night, 12-hour, per diem and PRN shifts. The Duties of an RN generally include providing routine care, observing resident's health, assisting doctors and registered nurses and communicating with residents, family members and other caregivers. RN is accountable for ensuring that the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all residents. Administrative Functions: Plan, develop, oversee and evaluate the delivery of nursing care and services in accordance with current laws, regulations, guidelines and evidence-based and best practice standards of care applicable to long-term care skilled nursing, memory care assisted living and independent care of seniors. Personnel Functions: Assist in developing nursing department work assignments and schedules, provide oversight of nursing personnel, ensure fair administration of recognition and disciplinary action, and assist in developing training and orientation programs. Nursing Care Functions: Provide information relative to nursing needs, maintain resident clinical/medical records in compliance with regulations, provide oversight of care delivery, monitor residents, develop resident care plans, execute physician orders, perform physical assessments, and provide direct nursing care as necessary.
