We are currently seeking a LPN. We are seeking individuals with genuine empathy and patience to help care for our residents' needs. Applicants must have a caring approach and be willing to care for the needs of patients and the team. Job Responsibilities include: Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings; Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications; Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation; Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings; Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies; Respond effectively to emergency situations.
