LPN responsibilities include providing high-quality personalized nursing care, supporting residents in activities of daily living, monitoring and recording vital signs, maintaining patient history and documentation, collaborating with RNs and physicians, and promoting a safe environment. Current Missouri LPN license, passion for senior care, and strong communication and clinical skills are required. The position offers competitive pay of $31–$34/hour with shift differential, flexible scheduling for all shifts, on-demand pay, PTO, and career advancement opportunities.
