Make a difference everyday as a patient advocate providing quality of life enhancing services to our residents. Competive pay rates with multiple benefits for 30+ hour work week. Career development and advancement opportunities. Assist nursing staff with patients' personal care, emotional support, and activities of daily living. Monitor the health conditions of the residents and ensure quality services provided. Advice supervising nurse of residents status at the beginning and end of shift. Assist with resident activity programs, including off-site outings and off-site appointments. Initiate emergency procedures on a needed basis. Use equipment correctly and safely. Report any hazardous conditions, equipment, accidents, or incidents to supervisor. Maintain current progress notes and any other appropriate documentation. Actively attend and participate in team meetings and training as required. Maintain confidentiality and treat others with dignity and respect in all you do.
