Job Description

Glendale Post-Acuter Center is a 125-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Glendale, CA. A treatment nurse AM shift providing primary skin care to residents in accordance with care plans, facility standards, and medical director instructions. Responsibilities include consulting with care planning teams, checking vital signs, dressing wounds, making physician rounds, documenting resident progress, following infection control protocols, and attending facility training programs.
