We strive to enrich every patient that comes to our facility. Los Palos Post Acute Care Center is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for a skilled nursing facility. The role involves providing compassionate patient care in geriatrics, cardiology, home health, and surgery settings, with 12-hour or 8-hour shifts, preferably with 1 year of nursing experience and a bachelor's degree. Ideal candidates are dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, and detail-oriented, who can model a positive professional image and promote teamwork.
