Job Description
Oakview is our health center providing living options in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. Oakview uses modern equipment to achieve excellent clinical outcomes as recognized by the acute hospital. Through our talent development review program, we strive to make sure our employees are reaching their goals and working in the role they enjoy. We have a heavy focus on training and provide tuition assistance as well as some scholarships. We survey our employees annually and listen to feedback to make changes to ensure the best work environment. Performs personal care services, within the framework of the individual resident's activities of daily living and functional abilities. Documents all information pertaining to each assigned resident on each shift accurately and timely. Responsible for reporting any significant changes in resident condition, incident/accidents, injuries and/or skin integrity issues noted, immediately to the charge nurse. Participates in all required/mandatory in-services. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
