Provides leadership for nursing staff and guidance in the care of patients/residents' care and services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, the resident's assessment and company policies. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians, overseeing clinical staff, administering treatments and medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, and creating patient care plans. Requires current RN license, supervisory background in SNF setting, and excellent communication skills.
