Job Description

Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessment and care plan, following established policies and procedures. Duties include identifying residents, recording information, reporting resident conditions, assisting with personal care needs, administering basic medical care, maintaining resident comfort and safety, and participating in nursing shift communications.
