Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA)

Live Oak Rehabilitation Center is located on a quite tree-lined residential street in the heart of San Gabriel. Our dedicated professional healthcare team offers extensive nursing and rehabilitation services in a loving and home-like environment. The RNA in collaboration with the Therapy Department and under the supervision of the Charge Nurse performs restorative nursing approaches on residents to assist the resident in reaching their maximum potential mobility. The RNA assists in providing a clean, safe, dignified, happy and healthy environment for residents by performing the duties as described below. Primary responsibilities include assisting residents with range of motion exercises, documenting activities of daily living, monitoring restorative devices, assisting with turning and positioning residents, providing daily documentation, reporting changes in resident condition, and supporting residents' daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and walking.
