Job Description
A nursing care facility seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and personal needs are met while following federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. The purpose of your job position is to provide each resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with the resident's assessment plan, with current federal, state and local standards and regulations that govern the facility, and as directed by your supervisors. Essential duties include answering call lights, ensuring nursing care privacy, making residents comfortable, assisting with feeding, grooming, physical transfers, mobility, transportation, reporting resident condition changes, maintaining confidentiality, following facility policies, and infection control procedures.
