Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.) Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
