Job Description
Clearwater Living is a senior living community focused on providing compassionate care for seniors, offering luxury senior living experiences in Newport Beach with a people-first culture and commitment to resident dignity and respect. The Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents in their daily living activities while maintaining resident dignity and respect in accordance with all policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines. Responsibilities include performing regular safety checks on residents, assisting residents in daily living activities, reading and following care plans, transporting residents, cleaning, completing laundry, documenting resident information, responding to resident alerts, complying with Clearwater Living standards, and representing the company's principles and core values.
