Responsibilities include performing regular safety checks, assisting residents with daily activities, reading and following care plans, transporting residents, completing laundry, documenting information, responding to resident alerts, and maintaining professional standards. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, minimum one year caregiving experience, CNA certification preferred, First Aid/CPR certification, and required background clearances.
