Infection Preventionist Nurse - IP Nurse

Job Description

A skilled nursing facility seeking an IP Nurse to join their clinical team, providing best-in-class care experience for residents. The facility focuses on infection control, antibiotic stewardship, and maintaining high standards of patient care through comprehensive infection prevention and monitoring programs. The IP Nurse is responsible for the implementation of the Infection Control program of the facility including antibiotic stewardship program. Employee will also be responsible in keeping facility staff and residents compliant with immunization program as required by Title 22 regulations and CDPH directives.
