A senior living facility offering comprehensive care services with a focus on resident wellness, staffed by caregivers and managed by leadership personnel who coordinate resident care, meal services, housekeeping, and individual resident needs. The Lead Personal Care Assistant is responsible for coordinating and overseeing caregiver assignments to ensure the equitable distribution of resident care responsibilities throughout the community.
