The facility requires licensed vocational nurses (LVNs) who can provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, focusing on resident dignity, privacy, and comprehensive medical support. The Licensed Vocational Nurse will provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards. They will treat each resident with kindness, dignity, and respect, communicate effectively, make sound independent decisions, work cooperatively with multidisciplinary teams, and be committed to always doing the right thing. Essential duties include checking vital signs, dressing wounds, inserting catheters, performing charting, monitoring residents, assisting CNAs, and ensuring privacy and quality of care.
