Job Description

Kensington Senior Living is a senior living community that provides assisted living and memory care services. They are dedicated to loving and caring for residents as if they were family, with a strong commitment to professional nursing care and resident well-being. The LPN is responsible to provide supervision and coordination of medication management and resident care delivery. Additionally, the LPN assists the Director of Nursing in setting standards of nursing care and management of residents under the direction of a physician.
