Job Description
Artesia Christian Home is a skilled nursing facility that provides comprehensive care for elderly residents, focusing on person-centered care and supporting residents' daily needs through a team of certified nursing assistants (CNAs) who work across various shifts. We are seeking a full-time CNA to join our Skilled Nursing Department for the evening (3 PM - 11 PM) shift or the overnight (11 PM - 7 AM) shift. In this role, you'll support residents and charge nurses with resident care needs. Team-oriented professionals with compassionate customer service skills will thrive in this role. The purpose of this position is to provide direct care to all residents pertaining to the following ADLs – dressing, bathing, hygiene, locomotion, ambulation, toileting, transfer, assistance with feeding - under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.
