This LVN position is a staff position that has direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for nursing assistants. Key responsibilities include administering medications and treatments timely, receiving and carrying out physician orders, charting and reporting incidents, and identifying and reporting changes in patient condition to supervisors, physicians, and families.
