Licensed Vocational Nurse with Subacute experience for a skilled nursing facility, responsible for providing leadership to nursing assistants, overseeing resident care, preparing and administering medications, completing patient documentation, and performing clinical assessments in a full-time PM shift role with a pay scale of $32-$35 per hour.
