Clearwater Living is a senior living community in Torrance that provides care for seniors, offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. The Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents in their daily living activities while maintaining resident dignity and respect in accordance with all policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines. Responsibilities include performing regular safety checks on residents, assisting residents in daily living activities, reading and following care plans, transporting residents, cleaning, charting and documenting information, responding to resident alerts, complying with Clearwater Living standards, and representing the organization's principles and core values.
