The main duty of this position is to perform assessments of new patients and transmit MDS report forms for billing purposes for a Skilled Nursing Facility. Must be currently licensed as an LVN in good standing with a minimum of 2 years of MDS experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility. MDS Certification is preferred. Must possess basic knowledge of Medicare guidelines.
