As a Treatment Nurse, you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to: Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents; Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status; Medication administration; Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff; Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
