As a Caregiver you will be required to assist residents with daily living needs, which include but are not limited to: Assist daily living needs such as bathing, grooming, wheelchair assistance etc. To assist with light housekeeping in the Resident's rooms, bathrooms as well as community common areas. Answer community business phones. Intervening in unsafe or inadequate care and reporting same to Wellness Director or Supervisor on-duty. Identify and report evidence of suspected elder abuse, mistreatment, or neglect as outlined in Employee Handbook and Regulations. Demonstrate good practice of infectious control guidelines and reporting requirements. Support Resident's Rights by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of Residents.
