Pelican Ridge Post-Acute is seeking full-time LVN Charge Nurses for the 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM shifts. The pay range is $35-$40/hr., depending on experience! Responsibilities include greeting and assessing incoming patients, reviewing charts, performing nursing duties, managing nursing assistants, maintaining daily reports, administering medications, and ensuring staff development and retention. The role requires 1 year of skilled nursing facility experience, leadership experience, and a current CA RN license.
