Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) needed for premier nursing facility. Provides and oversees patient care and services safely and in accordance with all regulations and policies. Responsibilities include observing, reporting, and documenting patient conditions, administering medications, taking vital signs, setting up treatment trays, maintaining patient knowledge, reviewing shift reports, and ensuring accurate record turnover. Position requires 2+ years long-term care experience, current nursing license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills.
