Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) needed for premier nursing facility. Provides and oversees patient care and services safely and in accordance with all regulations and policies. Responsibilities include observing, reporting, and documenting patient conditions; administering medications; taking vital signs; preparing treatment trays; maintaining patient knowledge; reviewing shift reports; assigning duties to nursing personnel; updating shift records; and notifying nursing leadership of patient status changes.
