Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) needed for premier nursing facility. CNA's provide routine daily care to assigned patients/residents in accordance with their clinical assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by a nurse/supervisor. Responsibilities include assisting with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.) as trained and in accordance with all safety and other regulations. Aides with physician-ordered medications, ensures patient safety and comfort, and monitors and reports on the health conditions of assigned patients ensuring quality services are provided.
