Artesia Christian Home is an assisted living facility that provides senior care services, focusing on supporting elderly residents through relationship-based care, maintaining their independence, and ensuring their rights and safety. Part-Time caregiving position is responsible for assisting the Medication Assistant in providing resident care under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services and professional nursing staff by performing a variety of resident care skills. The job involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, observing and reporting residents' conditions, communicating important information, obtaining specimens, weighing residents, ensuring residents attend meals, changing bedding, transporting residents, and maintaining a person-centered approach while adhering to facility policies and resident rights.
