The main duty of this position is to perform assessments of new patients and transmit MDS report forms for billing purposes for a Skilled Nursing Facility. Qualifications include being currently licensed as an RN or LVN in good standing with a minimum of 2 years of MDS experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility. MDS Certification is preferred. The candidate must possess basic knowledge of Medicare guidelines, have very good communication, interviewing, and organizational skills, and be very attentive to detail and accurate.
