Job Description

Plans and delivers nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times. Duties include evaluating and monitoring residents' condition, providing professional nursing care, initiating emergency support measures, coordinating resident admission/transfer/discharge, performing assessments, and ensuring comprehensive medical record documentation. Requires 1-3 years direct patient care experience, nursing degree, current RN license, and CPR certification.
