The main duty of this position is to perform assessments of new patients and transmit MDS report forms for billing purposes for a Skilled Nursing Facility. Must be currently licensed as an RN in good standing with a minimum of 2 years of MDS experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility. MDS Certification is preferred. Must possess basic knowledge of Medicare guidelines. Candidate must have very good communication, interviewing, and organizational skills, as well be very attentive to detail and be very accurate.
